Marketplace: no connection

Recommended Posts

Marketplace is grayed out in my MSFS already for a few days. Tried a bit all i could find on the net but no joy. Server connection is set to "Automatic" (it's the only option) but it never connects. The connection icon keeps turning into oblivian.

Signing out and signing in again into my account, all possible, Windows Store, no problem, but connection to MSFS Marketplace, just no joy. Anybody elese?

does your list also include xbox live signout/back in? that could do the trick. besides that it's one of those MSFS mysteries, recently had that too plus amazingly I got the "press any screen" back for whatever reason. one or two restarts helped though. really no idea what goes on in the background here every once in a while

Yeah that didn't work. Found some more solutionsbut none of them worked either. Also the Xbox Networking: NAT type was not active. Pressing the "Fix it" button brought it back to life but wihout result, still no Marketplace (but also no multiplayer and no scenery download either, all scenery was basic generated). It still shows not active from time to time so that has nothing to do with it. Signing out and signing in again on all accounts (Xbox, MS, Store etc...) didn't work either. also found that for some people the only solution was to uninstall and re-install MSFS. Didn't want to go that road but in the end it was the only thing left so uninstalled MSFS, re-installed it again and then everything works again. Marketplace is back, multiplayer is back, scenery download works again.
