February 1, 20215 yr Hi Rolf, the "Import File" in Volanta does nothing for me. No dialog, no nothing. Drag and drop of PLN also does not work. Try LNM -> Flight Plan -> "Copy flight plan route description to clipboard" Then in Volanta "Paste a route". This seems to work. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap

February 11, 20215 yr Author Here is an update on my flightplan problem being loaded in to Volanta. The only way Volanta was able to accept my flightplan originating from Little NavMap, was to copy and paste it to Simbrief and then copy it from Simbrief to Volanta. A strange work around. Volanta would not let me accept importing plans nor copying and pasting plans from LNM. This has now changed. I can now import flightplan .pln originating from LNM. Maybe Alex at LNM did some magic. Possible the Volanta team listened to my plea and sorted this out or could it possibly be me by using the following approach to make it work. I plan my flightplan in LNM and save it. That is followed by starting the Sim and when ready, loading my flightplan and letting the Sim get to the departure. I now load Volanta adding all the information it wants and while it is working it recognizes the departure airport and shows that on the app. I add the destination and request that the FP be loaded and voila it works. One change I did make is not to manipulate the FP too much. I try and stick to the plan as generated by LNM except for the departure and arrival airports to accommodate IlS approaches. So far it has been ten out of ten try's and that is good news. I hope this helps someone. Rolf Computer - Windows 10 Pro 64bit - I7 7700K CPU @4.20GHz - GPU GTX 1080- - 32.0 GB RAM - P3D v4.1
February 11, 20215 yr Hi Rolf, thanks for the feedback. I did not do any magic. Maybe Orbx worked on their flight plan import. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
