Paid too much for second GTN

Hi

i have recently bought a second GTN and as I was using the F1 wrapper. I completely missed the place where you entered the coupon and kept thinking it would come in each subsequent stage. Of course it didn’t and I ended up paying the full price. I realise that this was my own fault and have found the place that I originally required on the wrapper. But could you please tell me what I must do to obtain a partial refund?  If you show me how we can discuss this on a private e Mail I will, of course, provide the purchase information. Thank you.

A similar event happened to me last year. I was able to resolve this by contacting the seller via the ticket system. They are easy to deal with.
