'Mark airports as unmodified'?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Trying to get my head round importing airports from XP11 into P2A, as all the gates and taxiways are incorrect until imported. I am first of all interested to know, is there a way of marking the airports as modified so I know which ones I have imported so far and which I have not, as it looks like for every flight I am going to have to import scenery for the taxiways and gates to be correct as according to the manual it seems with XP you can't do a mass import.

Also, can you advise what the 'mark airports as unmodified' tickbox does? As no mention of it in the manual.

Thanks

The Modified airports are those that have been manually modified.  You can tell the program to leave these alone when you import.  The "Mark Airports as Unmodified" allows you to remove the modified state so the airport can be included in the ones that get imported.

If you want to keep track of imported airports as modified, you can add it to the list by making a small change (like moving a taxipoint or gate and moving it back again) and saving the airport.  That should add it to the list.
