  I notice on many posts that users are able to display their system specs on the lower part of their posts which I find incredibly helpful.

  Please forgive me if this answer has been posted, I have been searching. Can someone direct me to, or tell me how to add this to my profile?

Hello,

click on your name at the top right and select Account Settings.

Then click on Signature on the left hand side and add text to the Signature box and click on Save.
