Can't turn on GTN750 with Just Flight's Arrow III

I just purchased the GTN750 for X-Plane

I am trying to use it in Just Flight's Arrow III. I can't turn it on. Even if I set power to Always on, it won't. How do I turn it on? I have the master switch and avionics on in my saitek panel.

Windows 10, 64 bit, latest X-Plane.
