Hi...I am getting error message that certain planes have been removed by another program but I am not using another program?

They were probably removed by MSFS ...

Did Microsoft do a Win 10 update on your PC recently?  In the past, MS Win updates have deleted both shortcuts and certain apps from my own PC...

Not sure.  It is always doing updates.  But nothing, to my knowledge, has been removed from MSFS.
