TERPS display not working when P2ATC opened in admin mode

Featured Replies

I have been able to reproduce the following a number of times:

1. Open P2ATC in "Admin" mode
2. create a flight plan, or even just add an airport as a waypoint.
3. select an airport in flight plan and select TERPS

4. THEN:
• sometimes, the TERPS window comes up blank
• subsequently, I have gotten various messages along lines of:

    -  Windows could not read etc./ string of digits
      /  application error
    - could not open Adobe Acrobat

    - there is a problem with Adobe Reader.  If running, please exit and ry again

• usually, P2ATC then freezes/crashes/closes (have not run down, but maybe has to do with what P2ATC windows are open)

NOTE:  I need to run in admin mode for microphone to work properly

Windows 10
XP:  11.52
P2ATC:  2.6.2.0-x64

Thank you,

- Eric

Hi Dave,

Sorry for getting back a bit late, but thanks for the suggestion:  Foxit worked!

Notes:

(1) For what it's worth,  the problem arose after updates to *both* P2ATC and X Plane 11.

(2) Foxit seems to offer the best range of features for a free PDF reader.

Many thanks!

-Eric
