GTN 750 Database Location?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I cant fit the Garmin trainer on my C:\ drive so I put it on my D:\ drive but Reality is looking for it on my C:\ drive I assume because I get "No Data"

Is there a way I can direct it to look in the right location? Like an INI edit?

Thanks

Clarification

Hi,

The GTN plugin is using the Garmin registry keys among other things. These should be reflecting the location the Trainer and the Database are installed to: https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/541994-permanent-grey-screen-resolved/?do=findComment&comment=3898152

Can you please report what does it contain on your system?

Otherwise you might want to read the RXP GTN User's Manual for additional configuration options.

Hi,

Registry contains the bin path and data path to drive C:\. No bootstrapper listed.

I have the print out for the users manual Ill give it a read thru.

I removed the Garmin folder from my C:\ drive due to no room.

I'll remove and reinstall on my D drive.

New 1TB M.2 will be here Thursday to replace the 128 GB M.2 C drive.

Do you mean the Garmin Launcher was installed to D:\ but the registry was pointing to C:\?

If this is the case, you might want to just change the registry key value and replace with the correct path?
