Yeah really, Flight Recorder is very good, simple and does the job pretty well!. I bought FCR and I was a bit disappointed and honestly I don't need all these features that FCR offers, what I need is record, play and save, simple. Yeah Flight Recorder developer deserve donations for his good utility and his dedicated support 😉

My thoughts as well, I did look at FCR but I didn't really need all the features it has. I just wanted a simple no-frills Record, pause and play function and the Flight Recorder fits the bill.

What I particularly like is the fact there is no actual installation into the flight sim directory, just unzip and extract the folder to a place of your choice. What I did was to put a shortcut of the .exe file onto my task bar for quick and easy access.

Yes, the Dev of Flight recorder deserves a donation from people that download and use this utility in order to show appreciation, it also inspires confidence in the Dev that people appreciate his work. 🙂

I took it, however I have a lot of problems to record video (mp4) with this program. Im waiting from replay from support (Fabio). Do you have any advice on how to use it?
