Oculus Rift S & FS2020 very glitchy

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm trying to VR with an Oculus Rift S, but I have a lot of technical issues.
For one the cockpit textures are very blurry, the airspeed and altitude and button labels are complletely illegible. I tried setting textures to ultra in the settings but that hasn't helped any.
Secondly the sound and visuals are constantly flashing and glitching around. I read in another thread for another headset to turn off beta in Occulus monu but sadly for the Rift S keeping the option on is the only way FS will recognise it.

Then you have another problem because i turned beta off and it still works fine (just those white lightning flashes are still there).

From what i read over at the flightsimulator forum, the latest Oculus beta (27.0) has the problem solved.

So you might opt into the beta channel.
