March 9, 20215 yr Tried porting across the old "Hawker Heroes" set today. Mixed results, still some work to do, but the Hurricane takes off ok and has working gauges. Obviously not going to be up to the finish of the new Spitfire but fun to have access to. I did also try an old Ju-88 but it didn't work (it actually looks pretty rubbish even in FSX), which is a shame - it's another one of those aircraft I really like and would pay good money for a decent one. Anyway, these are from a quick test flight from Biggin Hill to Stapleford, via the City Ryzen 9 7900X, Corsair H150 AIO cooler, 64 Gb DDR5, Asus X670E Hero m/b, 3090ti, 13Tb NVMe, 8Tb SSD, 16Tb HD, 55" Philips 4k HDR monitor, EVGA 1600w ps, all in Corsair 7000D airflow case. Sims in use - 2020, 2024, XP-12 and -11, FSX/SE, P3Dv4.5 and v5.4. DCS and AFS2 installed but rarely used
March 10, 20215 yr That's a beauty, Andy. Is this the JF model? Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080

It came with the Fury, Hurricane, Typhoon and Tempest. First two ported ok, may or may not bother with the last two, they don't look impressive enough to persevere with, IMO. I did just notice when I went to check these out that I do have the AH Typhoon, so I might try that next. Their stuff seems to port over ok mostly, I seem to remember.
