Aircraft Add-on Suggestions Needed

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, I am looking to get an add-on aircraft for IFR flights. I am looking for either general aviation, corporate or short haul multi-engine plane. I want something very complicated in terms of its systems that are close to real-life and for each system to have full functionality in terms of failures etc.. Something like the Level-D 767 that I was flying in FS9. I was looking at the Eaglesoft Citation II but I am not sure what else is out there? Based on your experience, please provide me with some suggestions..Thanks.

The Eaglesoft Citation X is fantastic.

(cbfsims.org). I use the HS.748, BAC 1-11's and Tridents in FSX. They all have very nice VC's and have enough complexity to make you do things right or suffer the loss of an engine in flight. I prefer flying these models over any of the default FSX aircraft. You will need to move the textures, that in FS9 resided in the main "texture" folder, into EACH of the aircrafts "texture" folders since somehow Aces decided to make changes that no longer allow the VC's to get their textures from that common resource. It's very easy to do but WILL increase the size of the installation in the case of the HS.748 if you decide t0 install ALL available repaints, 86 of them! Paul

Take a look at the Aeroworx Beech King Air 200. It's one of the most complex GA planes available.http://www.aeroworx.com/b200.htmlIt's not specifically for FSX yet. Version 3 wll be, but many are using the current version in FSX.Jim

Hello ErichOne that I just aquired the other day, and I'm enjoying very much is the Piper Seneca V from FDS International (FSX Version)http://www.fsd-international.com/projects/seneca.htmI'm not that fimiliar with Pipers, I guess this A/C would be somthing like a King Air, one thing I really like is that you get both analog and "Glass" cockpits. I'm sort of "old school" so I use the analog; I have about 25 hours in mine and like it a lot.Good Luck

I always found it to be irratatingbecause it's in a wierd place in the field of view.

I always found it to be irratating>because it's in a wierd place in the field of view.>Sorry, yes, it does, (that's the same thing I don't like about the Baron, although the FSX one is MUCH better than the FS9), and no, I don't think so. I love the plane though, it's great.
