ORBX and Lear don't seem to want to cooperate...

Recommended Posts

Hi all-

Just had the strangest thing happen. When the files shown below are activated, selecting the Lear after loading the default flight, result in a black screen in V4.5HF3.

Deactivate them  and the Lear loads

Did a quick search and one individual over at the LM P3D forums had the same issue.

Anybody else seen this or just me and the other guy :>)

After testing again this morning, it's not an ORBX issue after all. I disabled everything and still a black screen; no aircraft.

Any other ac loads fine including helicopters; this appears to be a Lear problem.

I also get a weather locked warning dialog on closing the sim.

Same as above but I'm on 4.5hf3- his solution with th ASUS utility doesn't apply to me.

Any help would be appreciated, I'd like to start flying my favorite ac again!

P3Dv4.5HF3 and the L35v4.3c both have been out for quite a while and I assume have been working fine for you.  So what changed recently on your system?

Suggest you delete any saved L35 flights as a start. I suppose another possibility is something has corrupted your Lear35 install.

Hi Al,

No saved flights and already reinstalled.

I’m going to move over to the Xtreme Prototypes 25 for the time being. I bought than thing a while back but never had a reason to fly it. I do now. 😀

Update: Deleting the EZCA Camera-Set and reinstalling the 35 did the trick.

Thanks,

Mark
