I run a 9600 K  RTX 3090, and 32 GB RAM. I still have stuttering in some areas, and am aware of rather poor VR performance with other simmers with good hardware. I use tips from various forums and YT (VR Sim guy , Captain?? etc)

however. I wonder if upgrading 9600 K to for example Ryzen 7 5800x still improve framerate and or stuttering?

Yes but don't expect miracles. Having a G2 and a 2070, you would be GPU limited most of the time in any case.

Also, if you search the Internet for issues between the Reverb G2 and AMD systems you will find that many people have USB disconnection and other issues.

Thanks. Sorry I have my old 2070 in my signature, but own a Gigabyte RTX 3090 Xtreme 24 G now. But: FS2020 was CTD many times today, so I install Windows again clean, and then FS2020 etc and will see how it runs.

In this case you may upgrade to a used 9900K, it won't be too expensive and even for a 10% improvement it may be worth it.
