Pilot avatar switching off. Any possible way?

Featured Replies

Hello, Folks!

Is the any way to turn the second pilot avatar off? It is a bit frustration, when in the options menu you can choose between avatars, but you cannot turn them off...

For example, I want to observe the flying pilot only from outside. And there are always two persons seating... Also, while on the ground I just want to enjoy the view of an empty airplane, but there are always two jerks sitting...

Yes this is doable.

Here is my post explaining how this works, how you can add pilots in the cockpit and by the inverse logic how to remove them from the model as well:

[TIP] Add a copilot to your aircraft (and passengers too!) - Virtual Reality (VR) / General - Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums

In short: just remove the LOD model node # for the pilot(s) (in the node list) and you'll remove the pilot from the LOD model.
