Have you also encountered these issues with P3D 5

When flying in P3D 5.1 with my HP Reverb G2 in VR I encounter this (all in Orbx scenery),
After starting my flight from airport 3W5 and going heading about 270 after a while this occasionally happens. The display momentarily freezes or shakes or severe stutter and also the P3D display can shortly disappear and I instead see the default VR landscape. I have noticed that in the Steam VR Status the performance graphs usually show an orange band which partly goes red in turns. But when the shaking issue starts the band disappear. Changing settings makes little difference apart from perhaps a slight mitigation. It seem to at some degree depend on where I fly. A flight more far away from the Seattle area had the issue to a somewhat slighter degree.
A flight at the PAGO PAGO airport only exhibited a few cases of strong stuttering. But here I instead saw another very annoying glitch,
The 3D image got corrupted. I could see the islands beaches airport not situated at the sea but hovering above it during some instances. Also the sea level could appear raised like I was flying on it when looking forward and to the left but to the right it seemed normal. This is temporary after flying a bit further the glitch can go away.
What could this be and what can be done about it. I am close to give up VR on P3D 5 since these anomalies are to severe. I don't see this issue in other sims like DCS MSFS XP11.
