April 4, 20215 yr trying to get IFR clearance tower frequency is listed as 133.10 i get weather report etc but when trying too swap freq to tower to get clearance it changes the com from stand by to active but changes the freq to the weather report one tried setting active tower com in aircraft then connecting pilot2atc but same result any ideas? April 4, 20215 yr Commercial Member Change the frequency to tower in the aircraft AFTER P2A is connected. If you're using MSFS, then you probably didn't turn off all the ATC "Assists" options and the SIM is changing it back for you. Options -> Assistance->Piloting->Delegate ATC To AI - OFF Options -> Assistance->Navigation Aids->Route & Waypoints - OFF Options -> Assistance->Navigation Aids->Taxi Ribbon = OFF Options -> Assistance->Navigation Aids->Landing Path - OFF Options -> Assistance->User Experience->ATC UI Panel Open at Start - OFF Options -> Assistance->User Experience->Show Message Log in ATC Menu- OFF Options -> Assistance->User Experience->ATC Voices - OFF Dave
