I am posting here because for some unknown reason I cant post in the MSFS official forum. I am loged in and my profile is there, but all I can do everyone else's posts.

Anyhow, several months ago I bought the Carinado Piper PA44 Seminole aircraft from the Market Place in the sim. I have been using it every week. The other day there was an update and I performed that. Now the plane is missing from My Hangar. It does show up in my Content Manager, and it says it is up to date, but there is no version listed. I am trying to see if it is in the addon file in the sim, what is it called, the Common file, but I can't find that either. Can anyone point me o at addon file, and does anyone know how to fix this? I was going to download the plane agai, but can't seem to be able to do this unless I buy it again.

Hi. Try to delete the aircraft folder and then go to marketplace and reinstall it.

That happened to me, and I solved it this way. Please, tell us if you could fixed it.

I have seen a reply in Coronado's site regarding the subject matter. They said, restart MSFS 2020 as administrator.

You can try it but I had same problem but this did not solve it. Still can't see the airplane in the menu.

I got it solved, BUT. I could not delete the airplane for some unknow reason. It was not in my hangar, but was showing in Manage page, but it would not show up in the sim. So, I decided totake your advice and delete it from my sim, then go back to the store and try to download it again. NO JOY. It would not delete from the Manage page. So, since that was the only item i had purchased or even got as freeware, I decided it would be just as easy to delete the whole sim and start over. I have a very fast download speed. I removed the program from my computer and went to the store and got a fresh download, and what do you know? I started the sim and there was the plane already installed and the sim is running perfectly.

Problem solved.
