Why is it downloading update 1.14.6.0 when 1.15.7.0 is out?

I'm not sure what's going on here, but when I launched MSFS it says it's updating to 1.14.6.0? That's what I have been currently using. Why is it updating to the same version all over again? I thought the new WU4 today was version 1.15.7.0?
