April 17, 20215 yr Ive recently had to move my AI setup to my other harddrive (D) in order for Lights Reborn Pro to collect all the AI material i have as it doesnt work. PFX scans the simobjects folder which is where my PMDG stuff is located and where AI was/use to be but can i now direct PFX to the D drive as well? I tried contacting P42 Support who replied with a very unhelpful...Its not supported anymore So im wondering if anyone with a slightly more technical mind can help maybe? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought PrecipitFX added effects to user aircraft only? As the program is deprecated for P3D5, I no longer use it and so don't remember whether you can make the program recognise AI aircraft. If it does, I recommend creating a symbolic link between where your AI folder currently lives and the SimObjects folder where your AI folder used to reside. When you re-run PFX, it will 'see' your AI folder as residing in your P3D folder structure and should add effects to all your AI aircraft once again (if the program works with AI).
