April 18, 20215 yr This has happened to me during various flights in Australia (and not anywhere else): Requesting a step climb, say from an inital cruise altitude of FL360 to FL380, it is denied by ATC saying that it is below minimal altitude. Instead, i'm instructed to climb to FL600 (!!!). The only way to stop hearing this demand for hours is to quit P2ATC, restart it and file a new flight plan with the requested FL. Normally, I just enter the new FL in the Cruise Alt field, re-file and request a climb to. P3DV4.5 , current Navigraph data
April 18, 20215 yr Commercial Member If this is happening on the latest version of Pilot2ATC (2.6.2.2R3b), please send the log file for a flight where this happens to [email protected] so I can see what's going wrong. P2A Log files are located in: C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Logs where <UserName> is your PC user name. The file is created when you close P2A after the flight. Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab. Thanks, Dave
