how to delete Pilot2atc

can someone list all the folders that need to be deleted in order to completely delete pilot2atc, 

when I delete and reinstall it still has my settings which would indicate I am not deleting everything ?????

The settings are in the AppConfig.xml file.  It is located at:

c:\users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Settings\AppConfig.xml

where <UserName> is your PC user name.  Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab.
