Do I have to link to Navigraph every time I start a new flight to get access to the charts?

No - you do a one time registration where you get an OTP code from Navigraph and input that into the G3000. I guess it's possible it might expire after some time but I set it up for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it's worked every time since with no issues. Very occasionally it might say it can't retrieve charts and you just go back to the MFD home page in the G3000, click on the charts button again and they then load up.

I get the charts from the dropdown list automatic, but I have to connect to Navigraph from G3000 every new flight, I will contact their support.
