Checkout problems

Hi, my name is Matias Avila, i bought the GN430/530 advanced license from your website. I have tried for a week that your support give me a solution. My credit card was charged but the webpage didn´t recognise it, i gave all the information neccesary to Billy Winburn but i don´t get any further response or solution.

I find this very frustating, i hope it´s not the general user experience that your clients have to go trough.

According to our system, you were given a reply this morning:

Matias - according to our records your software has been successfully registered.  Are you still having difficulty?  Thank you.

What other support are you needing?
