Try signing out of your Microsoft account, then sign in again.

Hi Noncon. Have it all fixed. Contacted Zendesk and they fixed it all for me. Seems there was a transaction that was hung and they had to clear it. Everything is all set now. Thanks for the feedback though. Have a great day.
