WAYPT UP AND WAYPT DOWN BUTTONS NOT WORKING:

Entered VFR flight plan:  KAST  ->  KTTD -> KSPB 

Tried to change order to KAST -> KSPB  ->  KTTD

selected KSPB leg and pressed WAYPT UP arrow / nothing happens,  

selected KTTD leg and pressed WAYPT DOWN arrow / nothing happens

WAYPT+ and WAYPT- buttons working

When you create a flight plan, the first "waypoint" and last "waypoint" are the Departure and Destination Airports and cannot be changed with the up/down arrows.  Only intervening waypoints can be rearranged.

If you want to change the airports, you can right click them on the map and set a new Dep/Dest airport.  Or start a new flight plan.

Thanks so much.  Apologies for my ignorance/assumption that it worked with all entries in flight plan.
