June 18, 20214 yr The same thing happened to me on Tuesday June 15 BEFORE the update. Turned out that the Microsoft Windows 10 update I installed on Monday the 14th caused my password for XBOX to become invalid. As soon as I did the "forgot password?" thing and entered a new password - I was then able to start the sim and did not see that error any longer.
