I use track ir which provided I load before starting MSFS works perfectly for my first flight(s) as long I don't go back to the main menu. If I go back to the main menu and load a new flight, I start looking around and then TIR stops working. and one of the green LEDs (the right one) goes blank and I have to restart the sim for it to work again. Has anyone else experienced this? If so is there a fix?

I have had no issues at all. Which driver version are you using for TIR? I'm using 5.4.2 and using the seth flight profile.

 

I'm on 5.4.2 as well and I have my own custom profile if that makes any difference

Do you run TIR as admin? That made a difference for me.

It doesn't look like it, I'll try it and see if that helps
