MS info still expected this month?

Featured Replies

Not sure if my memory is failing, but wasn't there to be a major MS response to user community comments on FSX by the end of this month?Did I miss it? :)--Bryn

Are you referring to my discussing where we are on SP1? I am not sure I would call that a major response, more like continuing the dialog. If that is what you are referring to then yes, you missed it :-).See http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...d=382819&page=5 If that isnt what you are referring to, I have no idea.

ex-Intel LRB native title enablement, ex Intel Gaming and Graphics Samples PM

now Graphics and Multicore PM in Visual Computing Software Enabling.

Thanks Phil, I had completely missed that thread.Like the other guy, I remembered "January" and not the word "after" which preceded it. Oh well, as long as you aren't all playing with Trainsim II.--Bryn

I'll be content with "when it's ready"Please let us know about the updates pre release :)And tell us more about 'magic screenies"! I'd love to hear form the ACES perspective about what DX10 really offers you and us the users. (I'm just asking for the management overview with a little Q&A ;-) Since we have no real idea of what DX10 means other than the leaked artist's concepts from some time ago.

DX10 offers you the opportunity to buy a $400 video card and a $300 new OS with mediocre compatability and performance.
