Hey guys is it ok if I switch this option off ?

i disabled multiplayer live as i was getting bad lag and pauses whilst panning.which has helped.

should disabling traffic also help?

the best way to know is to turn it off and check to see if it helps.  Your system is what you need data on.

Meh made no difference.

notice at heavier scenery airports sim stutters a bit fps Is locked at 30 with vsync on and I have reverted from 144hz to 60 hz on my monitor and same as good old fsx days lol.

hioefully dx12 implementation will be better.

They've said not to expect any noticeable performance improvements from DX12.

There will however be other optimizations coming with the X-Box code base patch.
