July 15, 20214 yr Hello, I'm trying to get Linda to work with my Saitek radio panel. I have selected the Saitek panels ON under Linda settings. - With FSUIPC and Linda running, the display on the Radio panel initially shows dashes, when i move or push a knob on the panel, the display blanks. - When i deactivate the Saitek panels under Linda Settings, the display show the actual comm and nav frequencies, but then remain frozen. When i change the freq in the sim, the panel doesn't update. When i reactivate the saitek panels again, the display remains frozen with the frequencies that popped up when i deactivated. - i tried this with several default and non-default aircraft. - The panel display does work with Spad.next and Axis and Ohs. - Windows EPM is turned off for the panel Any suggestions to get this working again? Kind Regards, Andre
July 15, 20214 yr Hi Andre I have checked LINDA 4.0.x with MSFS 2020 with FSUIPC 7.1.0. The Saitek Radio Panel is working for me with C172 and A320 as expected. You do not mentioned the aircraft being used. The initial dashes is correct and should be replaced radio frequencies when any button/switch is selected. Deselecting the Saitek Panels checkbox switches code from the faster GUI to the slower LUA. Both should perform the same. Make sure SpadNext is not running alongside LINDA. Please follow the Fault Diagnosis Procedure (under LINDA support) and email me the logs. Kind Regards, Andre Also for extra confidence, make sure and specifically locate the Multipanel in Control Panel, Device Manager, HID devices, the item, Properties, Power Management, and make sure Windows is not allowed to manage it to save power. July 15, 20214 yr Author Thank you for the quick responses! @ScotFlieger I've send you an e-mail with the log-files as described in the Fault Diagnose Procedure. @fppilot I've disabled the EPM in general under Advanced Power management and also disabled it specifically for the Saitek Radio and Switch panels in use. Thanks for the suggestion! Kind Regards, André
July 27, 20214 yr Author With the help of Scotflieger i finally got it sorted. I had to unplug all my Saitek panels and remove all entries of them in the registry. Then replugged them and reinstalled Linda. After that, everything was working fine again. Thanks for the Support! Kind Regards, André
