Changing VHF radio freq's

Was wondering if there is a quicker way to change radio freq's in the A320, other than clicking the knobs with the mouse. It can be a daunting task having to switch freq's several times during the flight when on VATSIM. Especially in the terminal environment and several controllers are working. Was hoping there is, but don't see anything. Would be nice to be able to enter the freq on the keyboard and press enter somewhere.
