Can someone tell me how i get the plane symbol in the Hangar ( middle one of those 3 symbols ) to do his job ?

This is the one where you can choose your like position and zoom in and out your own.

It was some tricky before but got it, now i can`t select it..đŸ€«..any help therefor ?
