AMD drivers-No driver timeouts with latest version and SU5 ?

Featured Replies

Just realised I've been running the latest AMD Driver 21.72.2 with SU5 and I havern't seen any driver timeouts (yet) even when I left the sim paused for more than an hour which would previously been pretty much guaranteed to trigger a timeout.

Have any AMD users encountered the dreaded timeouts with SU5 and an up-to-date drive ?

(This post will of course trigger a timeout in 5... 4... 3... 2... 1...)

Not had any timeouts. GPU runs a bit full-on most of the time, but it's stable for all that (RX480)

I had to roll back to 21.72.1 as 21.72.2 had me back to 19fps. I get constant 50fps after the roll back .ATI AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT.

If you can walk away it's a good landing
