Unable to fathom the patch download process

Featured Replies

Hi all, I have the Grumman Widgeon for MSFS 2020 and I have a few emails telling me I need to patch it a few times now. I tried following the email links but they seem dead to me (they're not even links just empty image placeholders it seems like), and the website is similarly unintuitive, I click on an update download button and all that happens is that I'm directed to the same page.

Is there some knack to this?

From what store did you buy the Grumman Widgeon from? If from the Flysimware store, you need to log into the store and go to downloads and download the current Grumman Widgeon installer. Before running the installer after the download, go to Win10 Control Panel and uninstall your current Grumman G-44A install. The update process is basically a reinstall of the aircraft with the new installer.

The FSW store is here:  https://www.flysimware.com/FLYSTORE_2015/en/index.php
