i know at the minuet if i load a file for a single airport taxiways or gates it doesn't get added to the user modified airport list 

would it be possible when a file does get loaded for it to be added to this list or could you make a second list

i see there are quite a few airport taxiways and gateways getting edited and uploaded to flightsim.to

it can be hard to keep check on which ones have been modified in side taxi mnt unless you have done the edit your self

   

Import operations are not logged as a changed airport because many users import all airports periodically.   Also, importing is easily repeatable, whereas manual changes are not.

After importing, you can move a taxi point a very small amount and then do a Save.

That should add it to the list.
