Here are a few tips that I have found help with the overall experience1.Thou shalt not rush out and buy a new version of Flight simulator based on a single beautiful artist's impression because your children's pictures may actually be closer to the truth2.Thou shalt not expect any customer service from Microsoft for any substandard software product3.Thou shalt not involve yourself in beta testing in order to confuse the community that the end product will be superior when it is your confusion that makes you beta test in the first place4.Thou shalt not upgrade your computer and buy Vista in order to acquire DirectX 10 because clause number 2 then comes into operation5.Thou shalt not trawl these forums looking for a magic patch that will fly FSX on your prehistoric computer but use your PC for what it was intended for-practical day to day usability.6.Thou shalt not imagine one is helping flight simulator evolve by indulging in providing "feedback" after a product has gone gold because all that should have been done in beta testing.7.Thou shalt keep your 60 dollars (or pounds) and invest it more wisely.8.Thou shalt go out and get a life and pursue options other than flying FSXRegardsJay:)
