So I am making a repaint for the 747-400D from PMDG. I know how to make some very basic repaints, but that's about it. Right now, I currently have a blue line that goes down the side of the plane and then turns upward where it will go up the tail. I am curious to know whether there are any easy ways to line up the paint between the fuselage and the tail, or if it is all trial and error.

So is there a trick to lining it up?

I am curious on this as well because I've had the same problem.  Hoping a bump back to the top my get it noticed.
