Since the latest update I'm having problems using my mouse inside the cockpit, on startup everything works fine but after a few minutes most of the buttons are unclickable and scrolling stops working! I have the store version and I'm using a PC! Anybody else having the same problem? I have tried it with nothing in my community folder and its still the same, at the moment the sim is unusable which is extremely frustrating! I'm sending a report to Zendesk...

 

EDIT : It turned out to be a Navigraph problem and they have released an update which has fixed it!

I have this problem when I'm inserting the flight plan on the NXi using the keyboard. When I try to insert the waypoints with the keyboard and then press the little button again to exit that feature then everything locks up and I can't click or scroll or even use flaps. Yesterday I noticed this just happens on the right half of my monitor, if I move the view to the right and the buttons to click are in the left half of the screen, it works. Very strange issue and I already had it before WU6, but it doesn't always happen. Sometimes it doesn't lock.

Are you sure this didn't happen after you used the "insert with keyboard" feature of the NXi? I can't use that feature now and have to insert by rotating the knobs so I don't have this problem.

Thanks for your reply, I'm not using the NXI though. I have since discovered its only happening when I try to enter a flight plan manually in the Cessna Citation Longitude!

Entering  manually using the buttons or the keyboard? I don't have the Longitude so I can't test it, but it also uses a WT mod, so it may be the same problem.

Using the buttons! I just tried to create a flightplan from the world map and its still doing it...sigh!

Did you try moving the view to the right so the buttons to click stay on the left half of the screen to see if it works?

Looks like I found out what was causing my problem. It's the Navigraph in-panel app (the one we open pressing the icon in the top bar in the sim). When I open it (usually when I'm inserting the flight plan) I then can't use the buttons that stay behind it, even after closing it. Just tried now, I opened it and closed it on the right side of the screen and all the buttons behind it stopped working, even after closing it. I then moved it to left side and all the buttons in the left side of the panel stopped working. Looks like Navigraph needs to fix this. I will avoid using it now and just use the regular app by alt+tabbing.

Gonna make some more tests but I think this is what is causing my problem.

EDIT: Looks like Navigraph released an update today that fixes this issue.

I have had erratic mouse behavior since SU5.

I can confirm the Navigraph update for the in-panel app fixed the issue for me. 😀

Did you change your setting to legacy mode in the accessibilty menu?
