Setting Altitude

Since the latest updates of everything, when I say Altitude 3000 {or whatever} the FO acknowledges the command but sets the altitude to -10500. If the command is given again FO acknowledges and sets it to -21000. Suggestions?

Hopefully you resolved this issue; if not, what aircraft in which sim? I could test it out as well.
