Hi. I was using the trial version and it still had 3 days to expire.

Today when opening P2ATC, I noticed that the map is no longer loading, nor the flight plan. The radio dialog box when pressing ?+ is not displayed, as is the flight plan button.

I removed the program and installed it again. The problem continues.

I thought it was a problem with the trial version and made the purchase of the program.

Still, the problem remains. Can someone help me?

I am desperate. I bought the program and it still doesn't work.

I press FPL and ?+ but display box does not appear.

As you can see. The map does not appear.

 

It looks like you pressed the Down arrow above the Power Indicator at the bottom of the screen, which removes the map and allows you to adjust the window so you only see the top information row and bottom Speech/Com/Nav areas.

Just press that arrow again (it is likely now pointing up) and it should all reappear.

If that doesn't work, delete your AppConfig.xml file that contains all your settings to reset all to default.  It's located at:

c:\users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Settings\AppConfig.xml

where <UserName> is your PC user name.  Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab.

None of the options worked.

When I open the program, I can still open the flight plan dialog. But if I click FPL once, the dialog disappears and no longer appears.

The only working buttons are: FP Import, Info, TERPS, Grmr Help and Config.

Pressing the FPL button is supposed to toggle the Flight Plan from visible to hidden.

You may want to set your Windows Themes to Default.  Some themes can hide portions of the screen.

Deleting the AppConfig.xml file as described before should set P2A back to default settings.

The windows themes were not changed and were already in the default.

if I press the FPL button it will show the flight plan when I launch the program. But if I press it again, it hides it and doesn't show up again.

I have already deleted this file and the problem remains.

I also removed the suggested folder and uninstalled the program. The problem continues.

Before it stopped working, the only thing I had done was to install the Amazon server voices to use in the program.

Any other tips?

The obvious fix is to remove  the AWS voices.  They are not loading and causing the program to not come up properly.

Some users have had to stop and restart P2A 10+ times to get the AWS voices to work.

I have uninstalled the AWS voices and services and the issue has been fixed.
