Hi! My name is Ren-Jie Wu, I'd put an order for G1000 simulator around 04:20 UTC. However, there is error message shown after proceed to checkout. Could you please verify that, please?

I also received an error message during checkout. After that I tried again, again an error message. However, the amount was debited from my credit card, but I did not receive an email with the invoice to activate the product.

Mindstar Aviation support does not respond to my email.

Has anyone had the same experience? How else can you contact MA?
