Hi Just downloaded RealityXP again but still get a blank screen,  it shows up ok but nothing on it, checked my firewall and is ok, F1 says it cannot help so thought I would ask this forum if anyone has had the same problem.

Thanks for your reply, I have the files you asked for but when I try to paste them onto the reply nothing happens is something I am not doing.

I'm suggesting you post the "content" of the log files, not the files! These are just text files you can open with notepad and copy/paste the content into your message.
