September 27, 20214 yr I have just started flying the VL-3 , its a fast machine and great fun. However it has no autopilot. The keyboard autopilot commands dont work either. Its glass cockpit display does show a setting for ALT & VS though. Is there a way to add AP to this plane? Can I mod the .cfg (if so could someone tell me where its located?) Thanks for any info.
September 27, 20214 yr Best bet is to install the Working Title Garmin G3X Mod - you should then be able to click on the AP Status section in the middle top of the screen and open the Automatic Flight Control System panel.

Thank you very much this works 😃 It will not follow the GPS course for some reason but at least now I have ALT, VS & HDG which is perfectly manageable using LittleNavMap to keep a check on the course!
