ATC Grammar Loading Error

Featured Replies

I should have grabbed a screenshot of the error message and next time I will but here it goes. I was flying in XPlane 11 from CYEG to CYZF and as I got closer to CYZF and ready to contact Approach a grammar load error presented itself repeatedly. When I clicked on the OK button the ATC kept talking as it should but when I x'd out the box I must have shut it down and never heard from ATC again and so I landed in stealth mode with no one to guide me to the gate. If you need the screenshot of the error I will have to fly that route again and capture it....otherwise, do you know what might be happening and can it be fixed?

Ok, thanks. I did find the log file but not sure how to attach it here. Incidently I did not get that error when I departed from Yellowknife so it may have been a temporary glitch as you said.

I also will sometimes get a missing stars and sids messages during flight planning but they are intermittent so when I attempt to fly that route again and create a flight I have no problem getting the stars and sids to show up.
