So I'm looking to upgrade my system,as of now I have an 8700K and a Zotac Amp Extreme 1080 and on ultra settings they give me a respectable 30+fps at FSDT's KORD in the 787  so I'm not in a crazy hurry. Most of the time its showing Im GPU limited and occasionally Main Thread limited (getting a 12900k or 11900k soon) I have no plans to go to 4k as honestly I can't really tell the difference. I'm considering the 6900XT for several reasons one it shows better FPS in 1440P than the 3090 does and well lets be honest its cheaper and available. Whats everyone heres thoughts on AMD cards. Been many years since I used one
