Hi!

Sorry about my English!
I want to use the program and am currently working with the trial version.
Until yesterday everything was fine and I even made a flight. The program worked great!
But today the program refused to work!
It starts, but instead of a MAP - a black screen! And there are no buttons on the map screen and flight planner screen. If I click on the FPL button at the top of the right column, the buttons appear on the planner screen, but if I press it again and there is one window in the program and nothing else can be done with it!
I was trying to reinstall the program with the data saved. Completely reinstalled the program to clean (deleted all folders from the program, including in Roaming prog folder). I tried to install the program and then install the update!
Nothing helped! Every time after launch, the same thing happens (what I described above).

Sorry! But I was looking for a similar situation on this forum for someone else (I've seen threads with "black-MAP window", but that's not it!), but I could not find a solution to my problem (I've tried resizing the program  window. Did the restore of the window. I tried manipulating with arrow in the lower left corner of the program (near COM buttons)! Nothing!!!

It would appear from the error message that P2A is not finding any SAPI5 Desktop voices available.  It is not even able to load a voice by letting Windows pick the voice.

What Windows Desktop voices do you have installed?

I additionally have AWS Polly Voices installed on my Win10. Before that, I read somewhere that access to them is not always correct!

As soon as I read your answer, I immediately understood everything!

I experimented last night and completely forgot that left the voice by default in the system (in the text-to-speech menu) one of the AWS Polly voices.

Now I returned the standard "Microsoft David Desktop - English (United States)" voice and tried to run the P2A.

And it worked again!

AWS Polly Voices - sound good! But ....

P.S. Once again I tried to change the default voice in the system to AWS Polly and tried to run the program. Again the same situation!!! 

So the reason really was in this !!! 

AWS Polly by default system voices not a good idea to use it with P2A!
