I need to purchase this and would like to download it at my work computer, then transfer it via a 512mb flash drive to my computer. Can I do this or do I need to activate it on my computer which current does not have internet service? Also I dont have admin rights on my work computer, will that be a problem?

you can download it then buy it. You don't have to buy it right away, you can use it with some features disabled for freeware.On XP it shouldn't be a problem but I'm not sure

When you purchase FSUIPC, you will be provided with a key code that is tied to the name and e-mail address you provide.
