I purchased this product yesterday and tried to download it last night and failed.

I am trying to use "Click here to reinstall" button to attempt another download.

I am using my email and password to validate and get error:

There was an error retrieving proper data from the server...

So how do I download this?

Ok problem solved.

I now have installed these in the turbine duke in p3d v4.5.

When I load the duke and turn on the avionics the garmins remain black.
